Yes, I canceled it, while the 30 day test period was running. I wasn't satisfied with their support at all. Actually I was amazed, that I needed their support the very first weekend and everything was dead the whole weekend. Then they were not very flexible on change issues and then somehow came the idea to cancel it. Well, then was finland and it brought some unexpected expenses, now I can cancel it with an almost pure conscience. ;)
